NOTICES  17^th – 21^st September 2018

A very big “Thank You” to all our parents and children for making our Family Spring Walk a success.  It was a wonderful day.

End of Year Notice: Parents if you are not returning in 2019, please note we require a terms notice.  The monthly notice is not applicable after September if you are not returning in 2019.  Your notice must be given in writing by the 30^th September 2018.

School Days: Parents we have sent home letters and applications for School Days.  345 Nursery School and Carlswald House Preparatory is supporting School Days initiative.  The letters and the applications explain everything in detail.  Please can you send back your applications by Friday 28^th September.

Heritage Day Festivities: Friday 21^st September, 345 will be celebrating Heritage Day.  Children can come dressed in their cultural traditional dress or a South African sports jersey.

Heritage Day Public Holiday Monday 24^th September: School is closed, there is no holiday care.

Class Photos:  Wednesday 26^th September- All 345 Children will have their class photos taken.  Please ensure your child is at school.

Spring Tea: Friday 28^th September 345 is having a Spring Tea from 9:00am-11:00am.  Invitations have been sent home.  Please R.S.V.P.

345 Swim School: 345 Swim School has reopened.  New enrolments for swimming, please email Mr Anthony Lord with queries regarding swimming lord.a@carlswaldhouse.co.za. Schedules will be sent out

Lunch Programme: The Summer menu is now in full swing.  Please visit www.345.co.za to see the summer menu.

CAR PARK: Parents we understand that the carpark is busy and you are in a hurry in the mornings and the afternoons, but always remember that this is a school and our little people are very precious.

• Please park considerately.
• Please DO NOT sit in the car and hoot for your children.
• You must go in and fetch your child.
• When you are driving out the carpark, please STOP before you exit.

Accounts:  Your billing for October fees will be emailed on the 21^st September.   Please check your inboxes as well as your junk/spam mailboxes.  If you do not receive your invoice, please email Karen Visser. fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za

Your debit order will go off on Monday 1^st October.

 Please ensure all fees are paid on or before the 7^th of the month.   Please note:  If we do not receive your payment by the 7^th of the month, a late fee penalty of R500 will be charged to your account if no prior payment arrangement has been made.   Please email Karen Visser if you have any queries: fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za
