NOTICES  25th – 28th September 2018

Heritage Day celebrations were so beautiful and colourful.  The children and teachers all dressed up in traditional clothing, all the different cultures coming together and sharing their culture with everyone.  All the children were treated to different cultural foods for snack and lunch.  The day included a lovely show presented by CHP children with a Zulu dance, Tsonga dance, Indian dance and poems. It was nice to have all the 345 children join this celebration.

End of Year Notice: Parents, if you are not returning in 2019, please note we require a terms notice.  The monthly notice is not applicable after September if you are not returning in 2019.  Your notice must be given in writing by the 30th September 2018.

School Days: Parents we have sent home letters and applications for “School Days”.  345 Nursery School and Carlswald House Preparatory is supporting the “School Days” initiative.  The letters and the applications explain everything in detail.  Please can you send back your applications by Friday 28th September.

Class Photos:  Wednesday 26th September- All 345 Children will have their class photos taken.  Please ensure your child is at school.

Spring Tea: Friday 28th September 345 is having a Spring Tea from 9:00am-11:00am.  Invitations have been sent home.  Please R.S.V.P.

345 Swim School: 345 Swim School has reopened.  For new enrolments for swimming, please email Mr Anthony Lord as well as for any queries regarding swimming. lord.a@carlswaldhouse.co.za. Schedules have been sent out

Lunch Programme: The Summer menu is now in full swing.  Please visit www.345.co.za to see the summer menu.

CAR PARK: Parents we understand that the carpark is busy and you are in a hurry in the mornings and the afternoons, but always remember that this is a school and our little people are very precious.

  • Please park considerately.
  • Please DO NOT sit in the car and hoot for your children.
  • You must go in and fetch your child.
  • When you are driving out the carpark, please STOP before you exit.

Accounts:  Your billing for October fees has been emailed.   Please check your inboxes as well as your junk/spam mailboxes.  If you do not receive your invoice, please email Karen Visser  fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za

Your debit order will go off on Monday 1st October.

 We require all parents to move across to Debit Order payment by the end of the year.

Please ensure all fees are paid on or before the 7th of the month.   Please note:  If we do not receive your payment by the 7th of the month or your debit order bounces, a late fee penalty of R500 will be charged to your account if no prior payment arrangement has been made.   Please email Karen Visser if you have any queries: fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za
