NOTICES   12^th – 16^th November 2018

Term 3 is well on its way.  Children are settled, working and enjoying their class activities.  Assessments are being done daily to prepare for the end of year report.

Last day of school – 6^th December. School will close at 11:00am and the school will close down at 12:00pm. ALL CHILDREN must be collected. There will be NO supervision after 12:00 pm.

“Thank You” drive: “Thank You” drive for our wonderful teacher assistants and grounds staff. This year we will be doing it differently. Instead of each class bringing in different types of groceries, we will be asking each child to bring in R50.  We will be giving each assistant and grounds staff a Pick n Pay voucher.   Please start sending in your R50. Monies are due on or before Thursday 29^th November.

Year End Class Party: Gr 0000 – Gr 00 Year end class party will be held on Friday 16^th November.

Gr 00 Graduation: Gr 00 Graduation will be held on Thursday 22^nd November.  Invitations have been sent out.  Please R.S.V.P.

Parents Orientation Day Gr R and Gr 1 2019 On Saturday 1^st December at 9:00am we are having parent’s orientation day for children going into Gr R and Gr 1 in 2019.  Invitations will be sent out.

345 Swim School: 345 Swim School for 2019 applications are now open. An email has been sent out with the application forms for 2019.  For new enrolments for swimming, please email Mrs Karen Visser at fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za.

CAR PARK: Parents we understand that the carpark is busy and you are in a hurry in the mornings and the afternoons, but always remember that this is a school and our little people are very precious.

• Please park considerately.
• Please DO NOT sit in the car and hoot for your children.
• You must go in and fetch your child.
• When you are driving out the carpark, please STOP before you exit.

  Accounts:  Statements for your December 2018 fees will be emailed on Friday 23^rd November. Please check your emails as well as your junk/spam folders.  If you did not receive your statement, please email Karen Visser at fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za

Please note that the 1^st December is a non-banking day.  Your debit order will go off on Monday 3^rd December.

Any debit order that returns; a R500 debit order return fee will be charged to your billing.

We require all parents to move across to Debit Order payment by the end of the year.
