- Annual payment will receive a 5% discount, payable upfront in full, no later than the 31st of January.
- Termly fees are payable on or before the first day of each of the three terms.

345 Nursery School is open during the April and August holidays and will be closed during the June mid-term breaks.
COMPULSORY ANNUAL CHARGES
Consumables Levy (Not for new enrollments)

This levy is a NON-REFUNDABLE charge which covers:
Stationery, school magazine, school shows, concert costume, birthday book and end-of-year gift.
Grounds & Maintenance Levy
R950 per family – payable in September (maintenance of school grounds).
Optional Services
Ad Hoc Aftercare
Ad Hoc Aftercare is only available to HALF DAY children.
If your child is a Half Day child, there is an Ad Hoc option for random days in aftercare. Billed at the end of the month at R200 per day.
Late Collections
A penalty fee of R200 will apply for late collection of children after 17h30 and R350 for collection after 18h00.
345 Swim School
Registration fee: R250 (includes swimming bag and cap)
R 760 per month
4 lessons per month (1 x a week for 30 minutes, includes transport to CHP pool)
R 1 300 per month
8 lessons per month (2 x a week for 20 minutes, includes transport to CHP pool.)
345 Swim School runs from January to November.
