Swimming Prize Giving – 23rd to the 26th of November: Please take note of the email sent on the 5th of November or check the school notice boards for the time slot.
“Thank You” Drive: Please take note of the letter sent home in your child’s bag. After the generous response from our families last year, we are once again asking for donations in non-perishable items to make up hampers for each of our assistants. Each grade has specified items – should you not have received this letter, please request a copy from your teacher. Contributions are to be received on or before Friday the 27th of November please.
Swimming: Last swimming lessons Thursday the 3rd of December: The swim school will re-open on the 18th January 2016.
Concert DVD’s: There are still DVD’s available at a cost of R160. Should you wish to purchase one, please contact Joanne on fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za.
Last day of school – Adjustment to Closing Time: Please note that school will close at 11:00am and not 12:00pm as previously mentioned. This will enable transport companies to pick up children at multiple schools on time. Children must be collected as soon as possible. There will be NO AFTERCARE and NO SUPERVISION after 12:15pm. Please arrange for your children to go home with a friend or family member if you are unable to collect them on time.
Accounts: An important final reminder to please complete and return the letter relating to the 2016 billing structure by the 30th of November to Joanne Bevan (fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za).
December statement of accounts will be going out on the 23rd of November. Please contact Joanne on above email address or telephone number 0110290802 should you not receive it. The old Nedbank account is now closed – please ensure all payments are made into the Standard Bank account.
Please ensure all payments for the remainder of the year are paid by the 7th December and January fees are paid by the 7th January 2016 (annual payment options payable by no later than the 31st of January 2016).
No child will be allowed to recommence school in January if any 2015 fees are outstanding. If you are unable to make the payment date, please contact Joanne.
