Thank you to all the parents that attended the Gr 00 information evening.  Applications for Grade R 2018 are now open.  The admission contract has been sent home with your child.  Please complete the admission contract and send back to school with the supporting documents.  Applications will be closing on Wednesday 31^st May 2017.  Thereafter applications will be open to the public.  If you require any further information, please contact Leressa Sebastian on 011 029 0802 or admin@345.co.za

School Holiday: Monday 20^th March is a school holiday as Tuesday 21^st March is a public holiday.  There will be no Holiday care on these days.

Holiday Fun Club:  Holiday fun club will start on Tuesday 18^th April 2017.  Information regarding the holiday fun club will be sent out on Monday 13^th March.  Please send in the reply slips.

 VERY IMPORTANT: Change in School Calendar:  Please Note: Thursday 13^th April and Friday 28^th April will be a school holiday, there will be no holiday care.

Changing from half day to full day or full day to half day: Please note that we require 1 months notice in writing.  Please email to fees@345.co.za

 Extra Services: Swimming:  Please note that we require 1 months notice in writing to fees@345.co.za  to add or cancel swimming.  We will not accept any notes written in the communication book.

Aftercare: Parents please take note of the following changes pertaining to aftercare as of Monday 6^th March.  Grade 00 Owls children will go to the Grade R Class (opposite the Astro) and playground for aftercare from 2:00pm-5:30pm.  They will not be going to the toddler section for aftercare. Please collect your child from the Grade R class.

Swimming:  345 Swim School: If you would like to enroll your child for swimming please email Mr Anthony Lord: lord.a@carlswaldhouse.co.za

Accounts:  Statements for your April 2017 fees will be emailed on the 23^rd March 2017. Please check your emails as well as your junk/spam folders.  If you do not receive your statement please email Joanne Bevan at fees@345.co.za

Please ensure all fees are paid on or before the 7^th of the month.   Please note:  If we do not receive your payment by the 7^th of the month, a late fee penalty of R500 will be charged to your account if no prior payment arrangement has been made.   Please email Joanne Bevan if you have any queries: fees@345.co.za
