NOTICES  8^th – 12^th October 2018

Term 3 is well on its way.  Children are settled, working and enjoying their class activities.  Assessments are being done daily to prepare for the end of year report.

School Days: Parents we have sent home letters and applications for “School Days”.  345 Nursery School and Carlswald House Preparatory is supporting the “School Days” initiative.  The letters and the applications explain everything in detail.  Please can you send back your applications.

Slip and Slide Day Thursday 18^th October Due to the upcoming CHP Half Term break and to welcome Summer, we will be hosting a slip and slide day.  We will have 2 slip and slide castles.  Children must carry their swimming costume and towel.  Each child will also receive an ice cream.  The cost is R20 per child.  Please start sending in your money to the class teacher.

Year End Class Party: Gr 0000-Gr 00 the year end class party will be held on Friday 16^th November.

Gr 00 Graduation: Please save the date Gr 00 Parents. Gr 00 graduation will be held on Thursday 22^nd November.  Invitations will be sent out with more details.

Last day of school – 6^th December. School will close at 11:00am and the school will close down at 12:00pm. ALL CHILDREN must be collected. There will be NO supervision after 12:00 pm.

CAR PARK: Parents we understand that the carpark is busy and you are in a hurry in the mornings and the afternoons, but always remember that this is a school and our little people are very precious.

• Please park considerately.
• Please DO NOT sit in the car and hoot for your children.
• You must go in and fetch your child.
• When you are driving out the carpark, please STOP before you exit.

Accounts:  Statements for your November 2018 fees will be emailed on the 24^th October 2018. Please check your emails as well as your junk/spam folders.  If you do not receive your statement, please email Karen Visser at fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za

Debit Orders will go off on Thursday 1^st November 2018.

   PLEASE NOTE:  Any debit order that returns, a R500 debit order return fee will be charged to your billing.

We require all parents to move across to Debit Order payment by the end of the year.

Please ensure all fees are paid on or before the 7^th of the month.   Please note:  If we do not receive your payment by the 7^th of the month or your debit order bounces, a late fee penalty of R500 will be charged to your account if no prior payment arrangement has been made.   Please email Karen Visser if you have any queries: fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za
