NOTICES  19 November –  23 November 2018.

 

Term 3 is well on its way.  Children are settled, working and enjoying their class activities.  Assessments are being done daily to prepare for the end of year report.

Last day of school – Thursday 6th December. School will close at 11:00am and the school will close down at 12:00pm. ALL CHILDREN must be collected. There will be NO supervision after 12:00 pm.

“Thank You” drive: “Thank You” drive for our wonderful teacher assistants and grounds staff. This year we are doing it differently. Instead of each class bringing in different types of groceries, we will be asking each child to bring in R50.  We will be giving each assistant and grounds staff a Pick n Pay voucher.

Please remember to send your R50 to your child’s class teacher.

Swimming Prize Giving:   This will take place on Wednesday 5 December at their last swimming lesson of the year.  Prize Giving will be at CHP swimming pool at 09h00. Parents are welcome to attend.  Please remember if your child is going to attend swimming next year in 2019 to complete the registration form and return to the office.

Year End Class Party: Gr 0000 – Gr R year-end class parties will be held on Friday 23rd November.

345 Swim School: 345 Swim School is open.  For 2019 enrolments for swimming, please email Mrs Karen Visser at fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za.  You can collect forms from Sharon in the office.

 

Debit Orders:  Parents please remember to fill in the debit order forms for 2019.  It is compulsory unless you are paying annually or termly.

 

Accounts:  Please ensure all fees are paid on or before the 7th of the month.   Please note:  If we do not receive your payment by the 7th of the month, a late fee penalty of R500 will be charged to your account if no prior payment arrangement has been made.   Please email Sharon Maytom if you have any queries: adminvornavalley@345.co.za

 

Fees for December and any outstanding fees must be settled before the 7th of December.

Please note that no child will be allowed to start in January 2019 with an outstanding balance.
