NOTICES 20th – 24th November 2017

**VERY IMPORTANT**

Last day of school – 7 December. School will close at 11:00am and the school will shut down at 12:00pm. ALL CHILDREN must be collected. There will be NO supervision after 12:00pm.

 

2017 Accounts: Parents, please ensure your school fee account is paid up to date by December.  No child will be allowed to start 2018 with outstanding debt on their account

Please ensure that all your children’s clothes and other belongings are clearly marked.

 Booking Appointments:

Dear parents if you would like a meeting with Mr. Tagg, please make an appointment with Chrisna or Sharon via phone or mail.

 “Thank You” drive:  Letters have been sent out regarding the “Thank You” drive for our wonderful assistants.  Each class has been allocated what to bring.  Please start sending in your items.

End Year Party:  We will be having our end of year party on Friday 24 November during the school day.

 Accounts: Statements for your December 2017 fees will be emailed on the 23rd November 2017. Please check your emails as well as your junk/spam folders.  If you do not receive your statement please email Sharon on adminvornavalley@345.co.za

 

January 2018 Statements:  Parents please take note: Your statements for January 2018 school fees and your annual compulsory consumables levy will be billed and sent out on the 8thDecember 2017.  Please budget for the school fees and consumables levy.

 

Parents, it is your responsibility to ensure that you pay your school fees by the 7th of each month.   Please note:  If we do not receive your payment by the 7th of the month, a late fee penalty of R500 will be charged to your account if no prior payment arrangement has been made.  Please email Sharon Maytom: adminvornavalley@345.co.za.

 

345 Swim School: Swimming 2018: If you would like your child to join the swim school in 2018, please email Mr Anthony Lord: lord.a@carlswaldhouse.co.za He will send you the necessary contract to complete. Swimming lessons will start on the 29th January 2018.
