Term 3 is well on its way. Children are settled, working and enjoying their class activities. Assessments are being done daily to prepare for the end of year report.

Concert DVDS: There are still concert DVD’s available for purchase. The cost is R160-00 per DVD. If you still wish to purchase a DVD, please email admin@345.co.za

Thank You drive: Letters have been sent out, regarding the end of year “Thank You drive” for our wonderful assistants. Each class has been allocated on what to bring. Please start sending in your items.
345 Half Day Children: Parents please note if you collect your child after 2:15pm, you will be charged the R60-00 aftercare fee.
School Leaving Notice: If you are leaving 345 at the end of 2016 please ensure written notice is given before the end of October 2016. Please email directly to Joanne Bevan to fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za
Accounts: Your bill for November fees was emailed on Monday 24th October. Please check your inboxes as well as your junk/spam mailboxes. If you do not receive your invoice please email Joanne Bevan fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za
VERY IMPORTANT: 2017 Fee Structure: Letters have been sent home with your child. Please check their homework books. Please read the letters carefully. The school fee option letter must be sent back to school by the 25th November 2016.
Parents, it is your responsibility to ensure that you pay your school fees by the 7th of each month. Please note: If we do not receive your payment by the 7th of the month, a late fee penalty of R500-00 will be charged to your account if no prior payment arrangement has been made.
