NOTICES 28 January – 01 February 2019
A very warm welcome to all our new parents and children to the 345 family. The first couple of weeks allows time for our little ones to adjust and get used to the routine of school.
New Admin System: We have moved across to a new administration and billing system called Ed Admin. There will be some teething issues and minor challenges that we will face as we make the transition. Please be patient with us as we do this.
Very Important: Please Take Note of the following: Parents when you receive emails from the ED-Admin email, please Do Not reply to this email. Mails sent from Ed Admin are system generated emails. Please direct all your emails to:

Opening times: Parents, the school gates open at 06.45. Parents are to please escort their children into the school and sign them out in the afternoons.
345 Swim School: 345 Swim School is open. For new enrolments for swimming, please email Mrs Karen Visser at fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za. You can collect forms from Sharon in the office.
Extra murals: All extra murals have started. Parents please remember to pack swimming costumes and towels on a Monday and Wednesday if your child is registered for swimming.
Accounts: All statements for February will be emailed on Friday 25th January 2019. Please ensure all fees are paid on or before the 7th of the month. Please email Karen Visser if you have any queries: fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za
Annual School Fee Payments are to be paid by the 31st of January 2019.
Please ensure you have completed the Debit Order permission form.
