NOTICES- 28TH NOVEMBER – 2ND DECEMBER
*** School Fees***
Please note that ALL OUTSTANDING SCHOOL FEES must be paid and settled by the 9th December. Families with outstanding fee accounts will not be allowed to commence the 2017 school year.
Break up day 7 December: School closes at 11h00 on Wednesday 7 December there will be NO aftercare on that day. Parents please make alternative arrangements. School re-opens again on Wednesday 18 January 2017.
Thank You drive for assistants: Each class has been allocated on what to bring. Please bring and drop off with Sharon in the office if you have not already done so. Thank you.
Swimming Prize Giving: This will take place on Saturday 3 December @ CHP at 8:30am.
Concert DVD’s: There are still some DVD’s available please see Sharon in the office. Cost is R160.00
Swimming: Last swimming day for the year will be Monday 5 December 2016
Accounts: Please remember to pay your accounts timeously and in full each month. Payments are due by the 7th of each month.
Please note: If we do not receive your payment by the 7th of the month, a late penalty fee of R500.00 will be charged to your account if no prior payment arrangement has been made.
