NOTICES 2nd October – 6th October
Term 3 is well on its way. Children are settled, working and enjoying their class activities. Assessments are being done daily to prepare for the end of year report.
World Teacher’s Day
World teachers Day is celebrated around the world this Thursday 5th October. Please spoil your teacher and remind them how special they are.
Friday 6th October: CHP Concert will be held on Friday 6th October at 6:30pm at CHP.
Tickets Are on Sale: The tickets cost R60-00 per person, children under 12years are free. You can purchase your tickets from the office or you may also purchase on the evening of the concert.

Auditory Screening: Screenings will take place on Thursday 5th and Friday 6th October for Gr 000 and Gr 00 children.
345 Class Photos: 345 Class photos will be taken on Tuesday 10th October.
Slip and Slide Day Thursday 19th October To Welcome Summer. We will be hosting a slip and slide day. We will have 2 slip and slide castles. Children must carry their swimming costume and towel. Each child will also receive an ice cream. The cost is R20 per child. Letters will be going out.
345 Swim School: Swimming for Term 3 has begun. If you would like your child to join the swim school, please email Mr Anthony Lord: firstname.lastname@example.org He will send you the necessary contract to complete.
Accounts: Parents, it is your responsibility to ensure that you pay your school fees by the 7th of each month. Please note: If we do not receive your payment by the 7th of the month, a late fee penalty of R500 will be charged to your account if no prior payment arrangement has been made. Birthdays: Parents please only provide cupcakes or party packs for your child’s birthday celebrations at school.
Aftercare: Parents please take note that aftercare is from 2:00pm till 5:30pm. The contact number is the same as the main switch board number 011 029 0802. Parents please call the aftercare teacher if you are running late to collect your child.
Late Collection: We are finding that some parents are collecting their children after 6:00pm. This is happening quite often of late. Please understand that it is a very long day for your child, it’s getting dark much earlier now, it is almost supper time, and your child is hungry and tired. Please also consider the staff, they must get home to their families and they may have to take taxis home. If for whatever reason you cannot fetch your child on time, please arrange alternate transport for your child.

Extra Services: Swimming: Please note that we require 1 months’ notice in writing mailed to email@example.com to add or cancel swimming. We will not accept any notes written in the communication book.
