TAKE NOTE

Friendship (Valentine’s) Day: 345 will be celebrating Friendship Day on Friday 14^th February.  Children may wear something colourful. They can go all out to show that they share love and friendship. As part of the celebrations, please send R10 with your child as they will be receiving a special treat.

Midterm Break

Parents, please note that 345 CW will be CLOSED for the Midterm Break at the end of February. School will be closed on Friday 21^st  February  and Monday 24^th  February . We will reopen on Tuesday 25^th February. There will be NO Holiday Care. However, 345 will remain open for the entire April holiday at no extra charge.

School Identification Car Stickers:  Parents please ensure your car and the car of whoever is fetching your child has the school identification car sticker stuck on the corner of the car windscreen.  Please collect a sticker from the security guard.

School Fees

Please ensure all fees are paid on or before the 7^th of the month.  Please note:  If we do not receive your payment by the 7^th of the month, a late fee penalty of R500 will be charged to your account if no prior payment arrangement has been made.  Please email Karen Visser if you have any queries: fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za

Weekly Reminders

• Emails sent from Ed Admin are system generated. Please do not reply to these and rather direct all your emails to admin@345.co.za
• The school gate opens at 6:30am. No child may be dropped off before this time.
• We require a month’s notice to change from Half Day to Full Day or Full Day to Half Day, and month’s notice if you want to cancel swimming.

• Ballet, Karate, Little Kickers, Pottery, Little Lab Coats and Dance Mouse are extra cost activities.  You must contact the individual activities directly for all information, enrolments and payments.

• Please ensure all clothing items are labelled
