🏃 345 Sports Day

Join us this Saturday, 17 May at 10:00am on the CHP sports field for our annual Sports Day. Details have been emailed.

The ‘Book People’

The ‘Book People’ will be available to buy books on Wednesday 21st May and Thursday 22nd May from 7am to 5pm.  They will be selling books at very reasonable prices.  They accept cash or card. The ‘Book People’ will be setup in Mrs Sowerby’s (CHP Side) Class.

Dress Up Day

Friday 23rd May is book character dress-up day.  Your child must come dressed as their favourite book character.

 

Slipper Day

Friday 30th  May is Slipper Day supporting the “Reach for a Dream” Foundation. Tickets are R20 and children are allowed to wear slippers to school on that day if they purchased a ticket.  They can purchase the ticket from the class teacher. The money raised goes to “Reach for a Dream”

🚗 Carpark Manners

Please drive slowly and cautiously. The school out gate opens at 6:30am – no child may be dropped off before then. Enter carefully at the manual access boom.

💳 School Fees

Fees are due on or before the 7th of each month. Late payments will incur a R500 penalty if no arrangement is made. Queries? Email Karen Visser at fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za.

🏷 Car Stickers & Swimming

Ensure all vehicles fetching your child display a school car sticker. Collect one from security. To enroll in 345 Swim School, email Karen Visser.

🔁 Weekly Reminders

  • Emails from Ed Admin are system generated – email admin@345.co.za for queries.
  • The gates opens at 6:30am – no early drop-offs.
  • A month’s notice is required to change or cancel Half/Full Day or swimming options.
  • Extra activities (Ballet, Karate, etc.) are paid directly to providers – contact them directly.
  • Label all clothing clearly.
  • Fees are due by the 7th – complete Debit Order forms to ensure timely payment.
