- Thursday, 16thOctober: Slip and Slide day: Details have been emailed
- Thursday, 16thOctober: Mid Term Break, school closes at 11:00am
- Tuesday, 21stOctober: School Re opens at 7:00am
Slip and Slide Day
This Thursday, 16th October we will be hosting a Slip and Slide Day. We will have slip and slide jumping castles at school. Children must bring their swimming costume and towel. Each child will also receive an ice cream. The cost is R20 per child.
Half Term Break
School closes this Thursday, 16th October at 11:00am. Aftercare will continue as usual on Thursday. School will re-open on Tuesday, 21st October at 7:00am. Half term break is for CHP and 345 CW children.
Carlswald Campus will be closed.

🚗 Carpark Manners
Please drive slowly and cautiously. The school out gate opens at 6:30am – no child may be dropped off before this time. Enter carefully at the manual access boom.
💳 School Fees
Fees are due by the 7th of the month. Late payments incur a R500 penalty fee.

🏷 Car Stickers & Swimming
- Please ensure all vehicles entering school display a school car sticker. You may collect one from security.
- To enroll in 345 Swim School, please email Karen Visser.
🔁 Weekly Reminders
- Emails from Ed Admin are system generated – email admin@345.co.za for queries.
- The school gate opens at 6:30am – no early drop-offs.
- A month’s notice is requiredto change or cancel half/full day or swimming options.
- Extra activities (Ballet, Karate, etc.) are paid directly to providers – contact them directly.
- Label all clothing clearly.
- Fees are due by the 7thof each month – complete a debit order form to ensure timely payment.
