🗓 Dates to Remember

  • Wednesday, 3rd December – School Closes at 11:00am
  • Thursday, 4th December – School opens at 7:00am – Holiday Care Programme
  • Friday, 12th December – End of Term 3 – School Closes at 12:00pm – There is NO Aftercare.

 

  • Wednesday, 7th January 2026 – Start of Term 1 – School re-opens 7:00am

 

Early Closure – Wednesday 3rd December

Due to our annual staff function on Wednesday, 3rd December.  345 Nursery School will close at 11:00am and the school will close down at 12:00pm.

ALL CHILDREN must be collected. There will be NO supervision after 12:00pm. 

345 Nursery School will re-open on Thursday, 4th December at 7:00am for Holiday Care

 

“Thank You” drive

“It is that time of the year again when we encourage our children to take the opportunity to thank the teaching assistants and grounds staff at our school for their hard work and dedication. The “Thank You” drive is a wonderful gesture to demonstrate our appreciation for all that they do for our schools. This year we are asking each learner to bring in R100. We will purchase a gift voucher for each assistant and grounds staff member. Please could you send the R100 with your child to hand in to their class teacher on or before Monday 2nd  December.

 

Gr 00 Parents –  Uniform Shop

All Gr R  uniform requirements for 2026 have been emailed.  The uniform shop is open from Monday – Friday from 7:30am – 12:00pm.  Please bring your child for fitting, the sizes are different to a retail store.  Please note that the uniform shop will close on Wednesday 3rd of  December. 

 

The uniform shop will be open from 9:00am – 12:00pm on:

  • Monday 8th December
  • Tuesday 9th December
  • Wednesday 10th December
  • The Uniform shop will be closed from Thursday 11th

The uniform shop will re-open on Wednesday 7th January 2026

🚗 Carpark Manners

Please drive slowly and cautiously. The school out gate opens at 6:30am – no child may be dropped off before this time. Enter carefully at the manual access boom.

💳 School Fees

Fees are due by the 7th of the month. Late payments incur a R500 penalty fee.

🏷 Car Stickers & Swimming

  • Please ensure all vehicles entering school display a school car sticker. You may collect one from security.
  • To enroll in 345 Swim School, please email Karen Visser.

🔁 Weekly Reminders

  • Emails from Ed Admin are system generated – email admin@345.co.za for queries.
  • The school gate opens at 6:30am – no early drop-offs.
  • A month’s notice is required to change or cancel half/full day or swimming options.
  • Extra activities (Ballet, Karate, etc.) are paid directly to providers – contact them directly.
  • Label all clothing clearly.
  • Fees are due by the 7th of each month – complete a debit order form to ensure timely payment.
