Thursday, 24th October Gr 0000 – Gr 00 Slip and Slide morning- Details have been emailed. Please send in R20 with your child.
Thursday, 24th October School closes for Half Term – School closes at 11:00am
Thursday, 21st November Gr 00 Graduation – More details will be emailed

 

 

TAKE NOTE

 

Slip and Slide Day

On Thursday 24th October we will be hosting a Slip and Slide Day. We will have slip and slide jumping castles at school. Children must bring their swimming costume and towel. Each child will also receive an ice cream.  The cost is R20 per child.

 

Half Term Break

School closes on Thursday 24th October at 11:00am.  Aftercare will continue as usual on Thursday. School will re-open on Tuesday 29th October at 7:00am.  Half term break is for CHP and 345 CW children.

Carlswald Campus will be closed.

 

School Fees

All statements for November will be emailed on Friday 25th October.  Please check your email inboxes as well as your Spam and Junk mail.  Please ensure all fees are paid on or before the 7th of the month.  Please note:  If we do not receive your payment by the 7th of the month, a late fee penalty of R500 will be charged to your account if no prior payment arrangement has been made.  Please email Karen Visser if you have any queries: fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za

 

Grade 00 Graduation: Grade 00 parents save the date

The Gr 00 Graduation will be held on Thursday 21st  November.  Invitations will be sent out closer to the time.

 

Last day of school

School will close on Thursday 5th  December at 11:00am and the school will close down at 12:00pm. ALL CHILDREN must be collected. There will be NO supervision after 12:00 pm.

 

Weekly Reminders

 

Opening Times: No child may be dropped off before 6:30am. The gates will remain closed.

 

  • Emails sent from Ed Admin are system generated. Please do not reply to these and rather direct all your emails to admin@345.co.za or the relevant teacher
  • We require a month’s notice to change from Half Day to Full Day or Full Day to Half Day, and a month’s notice if you want to cancel swimming.
  • Ballet, Karate, Little Kickers, Pottery, Little Lab Coats and Dance Mouse are externally managed and at an extra cost activities.  You must contact the individual activities directly for all information, enrolments and payments.
