🗓 Dates to Remember

• Friday, 13^thJune – 345 CW Father’s Day celebration
• Monday, 16^thJune – Youth Day Public Holiday – School is closed
• Friday, 27^thJune – Half Term Break – School closes
• Monday, 7^thJuly – School Re-Opens after Half Term Break

Winter term

The cold winter mornings are here.  Please ensure your child is dressed warmly.  If your child is sick, please do not send them to school.

345 CW Fathers’ Day Celebration

345 will be celebrating Father’s Day on Friday 13^th  June. Details will be emailed.

Youth Day Public Holiday

Monday, 16^th June is Youth Day, a public holiday. School is closed.  School re-opens on Tuesday 17^th June.

Half Term Break

345 Nursery school will be closed during the half term break.  School closes on Friday 27^th  June, aftercare continues as usual on that day.  There will be No Holiday Care during this half term break.   School re-opens on Monday 7^th  July at 7:00am.

🚗 Carpark Manners

Please drive slowly and cautiously. The school out gate opens at 6:30am – no child may be dropped off before then. Enter carefully at the manual access boom.

💳 School Fees

Fees are due by the 7^th of the month. Late payments incur a R500 penalty fee.  Questions? Contact Karen Visser: fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za

🏷 Car Stickers & Swimming

• Ensure all vehicles fetching your child display a school car sticker. Collect one from security.
• To enroll in 345 Swim School, email Karen Visser.

🔁 Weekly Reminders

• Emails from Ed Admin are system generated – email admin@345.co.za for queries.
• The gate opens at 6:30am – no early drop-offs.
• A month’s notice is required to change or cancel Half/Full Day or swimming options.
• Extra activities (Ballet, Karate, etc.) are paid directly to providers – contact them directly.
• Label all clothing clearly.
• Fees are due by the 7th – complete Debit Order forms to ensure timely payment.
