📌 Important Updates

 

School Closed-Easter Holidays

345 CW will be closed on Friday 3rd April (Good Friday- Public Holiday ) and on Monday 6th April (Easter- Public Holiday).  There will be NO Holiday care.  School re-opens on Tuesday 7th April at 7:00 am.

 

School Holiday Programme

345 CW Nursery School remains open during the April school holidays.  We will be following a fun holiday programme from the 13th April to the 6th  May.

 

🚗 Carpark Manners

Please drive slowly and cautiously. The school gate opens at 6:30am – no child may be dropped off before this time. Enter carefully at the manual access boom.

💳 School Fees

Fees are due by the 7th of the month. Late payments incur a R500 penalty fee.

🏷  Swimming

  • To enroll in 345 Swim School, please email Karen Visser.

🔁 Weekly Reminders

  • Emails from Ed Admin are system generated – email admin@345.co.za for queries.
  • The school gate opens at 6:30am – no early drop-offs.
  • A month’s notice is required to change or cancel half/full day or swimming options.
  • Extra activities (Ballet, Karate, etc.) are paid directly to providers – contact them directly.
  • Label all clothing clearly.
  • Fees are due by the 7th of each month – complete a debit order form to ensure timely payment.
