🗓 Dates to Remember

  • Thursday, 13th November- Reptile Show
  • Wednesday, 26th November- Gr 00 Graduation – Further details will be emailed
  • Friday, 28th November – Gr 0000 – Gr00 Class parties – details will be emailed
  • Wednesday, 3rd December – School Closes at 11:00 am
  • Thursday, 4th December – School opens at 7:00am – Holiday Care Programme
  • Friday, 12th December – End of Term 3 – School Closes at 12 :00am- There is NO Aftercare.
  • Wednesday, 7th January – Start of Term 1 – School re-opens 7:00am

 

Grade 00 Graduation: Parents, save the date

The Gr 00 Graduation will be held on Wednesday, 26th  November.  Invitations will be sent out closer to the time.

 

End of year Class Parties: Gr 0000 – Gr 00

The end of year class parties will be held on Friday 28th November.  Letters will be going out with more details.

 

“Thank You” drive

“Thank You” drive for our wonderful assistants and grounds staff. Each year, we ask each child to bring in R100.  We will be giving each assistant and grounds staff member a “Thank You” voucher from the children.  Further information will be going out soon.

 

Early Closure – Wednesday 3rd December

Due to our annual staff function on Wednesday, 3rd December.  345 Nursery School will close at 11:00am and the school will close down at 12:00pm. ALL CHILDREN must be collected. There will be NO supervision after 12:00pm.  345 Nursery school will re-open on Thursday, 4th December at 7:00am

🚗 Carpark Manners

Please drive slowly and cautiously. The school out gate opens at 6:30am – no child may be dropped off before this time. Enter carefully at the manual access boom.

💳 School Fees

Fees are due by the 7th of the month. Late payments incur a R500 penalty fee.

🏷 Car Stickers & Swimming

  • Please ensure all vehicles entering school display a school car sticker. You may collect one from security.
  • To enroll in 345 Swim School, please email Karen Visser.

🔁 Weekly Reminders

  • Emails from Ed Admin are system generated – email admin@345.co.za for queries.
  • The school gate opens at 6:30am – no early drop-offs.
  • A month’s notice is required to change or cancel half/full day or swimming options.
  • Extra activities (Ballet, Karate, etc.) are paid directly to providers – contact them directly.
  • Label all clothing clearly.
  • Fees are due by the 7th of each month – complete a debit order form to ensure timely payment.
