📌 Important Updates

Winter term

The cold winter mornings are here.  Please ensure your child is dressed warmly.  If your child is sick, please do not send them to school.

 

School Holiday

Monday 15th June is a School holiday.  School is closed.

Youth Day Public Holiday

Tuesday, 16th June is Youth Day, a public holiday, and school is closed.  School re-opens on Wednesday 17th June.

 

345- Father’s Day Celebrations

All 345 Dads Save the Date- Thursday 18th  June. More details will follow.

 

Half Term Break

345 Nursery school will be closed during the half term break.  School closes on Friday 26th  June, aftercare continues as usual on that day.  There will be No Holiday Care during this half term break.   School re-opens on Monday 6th July at 7:00 am.

 

Swimming

345 Swim School: If you would like to enrol your child for swimming please email Karen Visser: fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za

 

🚗 Carpark Manners

 

Please drive slowly and cautiously. The school gate opens at 6:30am – no child may be dropped off before this time. Enter carefully at the manual access boom.

💳 School Fees

Fees are due by the 7th of the month. Late payments incur a R500 penalty fee.

🔁 Weekly Reminders

  • Emails from Ed Admin are system generated – email admin@345.co.za for queries.
  • The school gate opens at 6:30am – no early drop-offs.
  • A month’s notice is required to change or cancel half/full day or swimming options.
  • Extra activities (Ballet, Karate, etc.) are paid directly to providers – contact them directly.
  • Label all clothing clearly.
  • Fees are due by the 7th of each month – complete a debit order form to ensure timely payment.
