Spring Planting

On Thursday, 11 September, we invite all our little ones to come dressed in their brightest, most “springy” outfits – think sunshine colours, flowers, butterflies and all things cheerful! Together, we will spend the day filling our new playground with life and laughter as we plant and nurture greenery that will grow with us throughout the year.

 

345 Photo Day

Wednesday  17th September & Thursday  18th September is 345 photo day.

Wednesday  17th September: 345 and CHP Sibling Photos

Thursday  18th September: 345 Class and Individual Photos

Please ensure your child is at school.  Children can come dressed in their ‘Sunday best’.  More details will be emailed.

 

Annual “Safari Spring Walk” 2025: Saturday 20th September:  

We will hold our Annual Spring Walk on Saturday 20th  September.   This is a Fund Raising event for 345.

This year, our theme is “Safari Spring Walk”. We encourage all our learners to dress up as their favourite animal or even a park ranger! The sponsor forms will be sent home with your child.  Please help your children to collect sponsorships or donations.  Any lost forms will cost R200.  Details have been emailed.

 

Heritage Day Festivities

Tuesday 23rd September 345 will be celebrating Heritage Day.  Children can come dressed in their cultural/traditional dress or a South African sports jersey.  More details will be emailed.

School Closed

345 will be closed on Wednesday 24th  September (Public Holiday – Heritage Day).  School will re-open on Thursday  25th  September.

 

Leaving 345? End of year notice

Parents if your child is not returning in 2026, please note we require a term’s notice.  The monthly notice is not applicable after September if you are not returning in 2026.  Your notice must be given in writing on or before the 30th September 2025.

🚗 Carpark Manners

Please drive slowly and cautiously. The school out gate opens at 6:30am – no child may be dropped off before this time. Enter carefully at the manual access boom.

💳 School Fees

Fees are due by the 7th of the month. Late payments incur a R500 penalty fee.

🏷 Car Stickers & Swimming

  • Please ensure all vehicles entering school display a school car sticker. You may collect one from security.
  • To enroll in 345 Swim School, please email Karen Visser.

🔁 Weekly Reminders

  • Emails from Ed Admin are system generated – email admin@345.co.za for queries.
  • The school gate opens at 6:30am – no early drop-offs.
  • A month’s notice is requiredto change or cancel half/full day or swimming options.
  • Extra activities (Ballet, Karate, etc.) are paid directly to providers – contact them directly.
  • Label all clothing clearly.
  • Fees are due by the 7thof each month – complete a debit order form to ensure timely payment.
