📌 Important Updates

Madiba Day

On Friday the 17th of July, we will be celebrating Madiba Day. There are some exciting plans for the day. More details will be emailed.

 

Gr 0000 – Gr 00- 345 Eye Screenings

On Friday the 24th of July, Kyalami Optometrists will be visiting 345 VV to conduct eye screenings for all children from Gr 0000 – Gr 00.  An email has been sent.  Complete the form if you want your child to have the eye screening done.  The cost is R80 per child.

 

Winter term

The cold winter mornings are here.  Please ensure your child is dressed warmly.  If your child is sick, please do not send them to school.

 

Swimming

345 Swim School: If you would like to enrol your child for swimming please email Karen Visser: fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za

  

🚗 Carpark Manners

Please drive slowly and cautiously. The school gate opens at 06:45 am – no child may be dropped off before this time.

💳 School Fees

Fees are due by the 7th of the month. Late payments incur a R500 penalty fee.

🔁 Weekly Reminders

  • Emails from Ed Admin are system generated – email adminvornavalley@345.co.za for queries.
  • The school gate opens at 06:45 am – no early drop-offs.
  • A month’s notice is required to change or cancel half/full day or swimming options.
  • Extra activities (Ballet, Karate, etc.) are paid directly to providers – contact them directly.
  • Label all clothing clearly.
  • Fees are due by the 7th of each month – complete a debit order form to ensure timely payment.
