📌 Important Updates

345 Sports Day

Join us on Saturday, 19th September at 8:30 am on the CHP sports field for our annual Sports Day. Details have been emailed.

 

Heritage Day Festivities

Wednesday 23rd September 345 will be celebrating Heritage Day.  Children can come dressed in their cultural/traditional dress or a South African sports jersey.  More details will be emailed.

 

345 Closed

On Thursday 24th September, due to the public holiday (Heritage Day), and Friday 25th September (School Holiday) 345 is closed.

 

345 Photo Day

Wednesday, 30th  September: 345 Class and Individual Photos

Please ensure your child is at school.  Children can come dressed in their ‘Sunday best’.  More details will be emailed.

  

Leaving 345? End of year notice

Parents if your child is not returning in 2027, please note we require a term’s notice.  The monthly notice is not applicable after September if you are not returning in 2027.  Your notice must be given in writing on or before the 30th September 2026.

 

Swimming

345 Swim School: If you would like to enrol your child for swimming please email Karen Visser at fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za

 

🚗 Carpark Manners

Please drive slowly and cautiously. The school gate opens at 6:45am – no child may be dropped off before this time.

 

💳 School Fees

Fees are due by the 7th of the month. Late payments incur a R500 penalty fee.

🔁 Weekly Reminders

  • Emails from Ed Admin are system generated – email adminvornavalley@345.co.za for queries.
  • The school gate opens at 6:45 am – no early drop-offs.
  • A month’s notice is required to change or cancel half/full day or swimming options.
  • Extra activities (Ballet, Karate, etc.) are paid directly to providers – contact them directly.
  • Label all clothing clearly.
  • Fees are due by the 7th of each month – complete a debit order form to ensure timely payment.
