End of Winter Term Celebration

We will have Jumping Castles at school on the 8th of August to celebrate the end of the Winter term.

 

School Closed

School will be closed on Friday 9th August – Woman’s Day public holiday. School will reopen on Monday 12 August for a fun holiday programme.

 

School Fees

All statements for August have been emailed.  Please check your email inboxes as well as your Spam and Junk mail.  Please ensure all fees are paid on or before the 7th of the month.  Please note:  If we do not receive your payment by the 7th of the month, a late fee penalty of R500 will be charged to your account if no prior payment arrangement has been made.  Please email Karen Visser if you have any queries: fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za

 

Winter term

The cold winter mornings continue.  Please ensure your child is dressed warmly.  If your child is sick, please do not send them to school.

 

345 Swim School

Swim school is closed for July and August. We are renovating the swim school structure.

Swim School will reopen in September.

 

End of year Notice

Parents if your child is not returning in 2025, please note we require a term’s notice.  The monthly notice is not applicable after September if you are not returning in 2025.  Your notice must be given in writing on or before the 30th September 2024.

 

Weekly Reminders

 

Opening Times: Parents, no child may be brought to school or dropped off before 6:45am! The gates will remain closed.

 

Swimming – 345 Swim School: If you would like to enrol your child for swimming please email Karen Visser: fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za

 

  • Emails sent from Ed Admin are system generated. Please do not reply to these and rather direct all your emails to adminvornavalley@345.co.za
  • The school gate opens at 6:45am. No child may be dropped off before this time.
  • We require a month’s notice to change from Half Day to Full Day or Full Day to Half Day, and a month’s notice if you want to cancel swimming.
  • Ballet, Karate, SoccerStarz, Pottery, Little Lab Coats, Monkeynastix and Dance Mouse are extra cost activities.  You must contact the individual activities directly for all information, enrolments and payments.
