Valentine’s (Friendship) Day

345 will be celebrating Friendship Day on Friday 13th February.  Children may wear something colourful. They can go all out to show that they share love and friendship.

 

Very Important: Please take note of the following:  Parents when you receive emails from the ED-Admin email, please Do Not reply to this email.  Mails sent from Ed Admin are system generated emails.  Please direct all your emails to adminvornavalley@345.co.za and fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za

 

Extra murals

We have Ballet, Karate, Soccer Starz, Pottery, Monket Nastix and Dance Mouse.  They will be doing demos for your little ones and they will send their information in your child’s communication books.  You must contact the individual activities directly for all information, enrolments and payments.

 

🚗 Carpark Manners

Please drive slowly and cautiously. The school gate opens at 6:45am – no child may be dropped off before this time. Enter carefully at the manual access boom.

💳 School Fees

Fees are due by the 7th of the month. Late payments incur a R500 penalty fee.

  • To enroll in 345 Swim School, please email Karen Visser.

🔁 Weekly Reminders

  • Emails from Ed Admin are system generated – email adminvornavalley@345.co.za for queries.
  • The school gate opens at 6:45am – no early drop-offs.
  • A month’s notice is required to change or cancel half/full day or swimming options.
  • Extra activities (Ballet, Karate, etc.) are paid directly to providers – contact them directly.
  • Label all clothing clearly.
  • Fees are due by the 7th of each month – complete a debit order form to ensure timely payment.
