Winter term
The cold winter mornings are here. Please ensure your child is dressed warmly. If your child is sick, please do not send them to school.
Swimming
345 Swim School: If you would like to enrol your child for swimming please email Karen Visser: fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za
🚗 Carpark Manners
Please drive slowly and cautiously. The school gate opens at 06:45am – no child may be dropped off before this time.
💳 School Fees
Fees are due by the 7th of the month. Late payments incur a R500 penalty fee.

🔁 Weekly Reminders
- Emails from Ed Admin are system generated – email adminvornavalley@345.co.za for queries.
- The school gate opens at 06:45am – no early drop-offs.
- A month’s notice is required to change or cancel half/full day or swimming options.
- Extra activities (Ballet, Karate, etc.) are paid directly to providers – contact them directly.
- Label all clothing clearly.
- Fees are due by the 7th of each month – complete a debit order form to ensure timely payment.
