Leaving 345? End of year notice
Parents if your child is not returning in 2026, please note we require a term’s notice. The monthly notice is not applicable after September if you are not returning in 2026. Your notice needed be given in writing on or before the 30th September 2025. This deadline has now passed.
345 Concert
Our annual 345 concert will be held this coming Saturday, 11th October. It will take place in the Beaulieu College school hall, 107 Maple Road, Kyalami, Midrand. This event is always a highlight of our school year and we are so excited to share this special day with you. Children need to be at Beaulieu College by no later than 10:15am. Tickets are available from the school reception and cost R70 per person. Please purchase your tickets in advance to secure your seats. Take note that there will be NO ticket sales on the day.

🚗 Carpark Manners
Please drive slowly and cautiously. The school gate opens at 6:45am – no child may be dropped off before this time.
💳 School Fees
Fees are due by the 7th of the month. Late payments incur a R500 penalty fee.

- To enroll in 345 Swim School, please email Karen Visser.
🔁 Weekly Reminders
- Emails from Ed Admin are system generated – email adminvornavalley@345.co.za for queries.
- The school gate opens at 6:45am – no early drop-offs.
- A month’s notice is requiredto change or cancel half/full day or swimming options.
- Extra activities (Ballet, Karate, etc.) are paid directly to providers – contact them directly.
- Label all clothing clearly.
- Fees are due by the 7thof each month – complete a debit order form to ensure timely payment.
