NOTICES  4th – 7th September 2018

Welcome back to Term 3, the final term for the year 2018.  All the children are well rested and had a great holiday.  Now let’s gear up for a very awesome Term!

 

End of Year Notice: Parents if you are not returning in 2019, please note we require a terms notice.  The monthly notice is not applicable after September if you are not returning in 2019.  Your notice must be given in writing by the 30th September 2018.

 

Spring Walk 2018: Saturday 15th September Family Spring Walk 2018.  Letters have been sent home regarding the spring walk.  The sponsor forms have also been sent.  Parents please help your children to bring in the sponsorships or donations.   Any lost forms will cost R200.

In celebration of Spring 2018 for Spring Walk, the children can make a flower tiara or flower garlands to wear on their hair or around the necks. They can dress in bright, colourful clothing.

 

345 Swim School: 345 Swim School will re-open on Thursday 6th September.  New enrolments for swimming, please email Mr Anthony Lord with queries regarding swimming lord.a@carlswaldhouse.co.za. Schedules will be sent out

 

Lunch Programme: The Summer menu is now in full swing.  Please visit the website www.345.co.za to see the summer menu.

 

CAR PARK: Parents it has come to our attention that some parents are not being considerate in the school car park.  We understand that the carpark is busy and you are in a hurry in the mornings and the afternoons, but always remember that this is a school and our little people are very precious.

  • Please park considerately.
  • Please DO NOT sit in the car and hoot for your children.
  • You must go in and fetch your child.
  • When you are driving out the carpark, please STOP before you exit.
