NOTICES 15 – 22 January 2016

Welcome Back:  To all Parents and learners welcome back to 345 for an exciting year in 2016.

 Reminder: PARENTS INFORMATION EVENING – 345 Vorna Valley: Tuesday 19 January from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. Please meet on the astro turf.

 Swimming:  345 Swimming school opens on the 18^th of January.  If you would like to enrol your child please email Sharon Maytom: adminvornavalley@345.co.za. The schedule will go out shortly.

Aftercare: Aftercare operates from the close of day (14h00) until 17h30 and includes additional snacks.  A penalty fee of R100-00 will apply for late collection of children after 17h30 and R200 for collection after 18h00.   If you would like to enrol your child into aftercare, there are different options you can choose from.  Please email Sharon Maytom on adminvornavalley@345.co.za

Accounts:  Statements for your February 2016 fees will be emailed on the 22^nd January 2016. Please check your emails as well as your junk/spam folder.

PLEASE NOTE: You will see included in your February billing the Wellness Levy. This is your child’s visual, auditory and dental screening. This is compulsory for all children.

345 VV Wellness Levy:           R250 (3-4 years)

R380 (4-5 years)

Annual School Fee Payments are to be paid by the 31^st of January 2016.

Parents please ensure all school fee payments are paid on or before the 7^th of each month.
