Very Important – Gr 00 Parents: Applications for Grade R 2020 are now open. The admissions contract will be sent home with your child. Please complete the admissions contract and send back to school with the supporting documents. Applications will be closing on Wednesday 31st July 2019. Fathers Day Morning- Dear Dads, please join your baby for the Father’s Day morning on Friday 14th June between 8:30am and 10:30am. Refreshments will be served.
Monday 17th June: Public Holiday- School is closed on Monday 17th June. There is NO Holiday Care. School Re-opens on Tuesday 18th June at 7:00am.
Gr 00 Parents Information: Parents, Saturday 22nd June 9:30am. This is an information morning to tell you all you need to know about CHP and your child moving into Gr R. Letters with all the information have been emailed and a hard copy was sent home with your child.
Half Term Break: Parents 345 Nursery school will be closed during the half term break which is 1 week long. School closes on Friday 28th June, aftercare continues as usual on that day. There will be No Holiday Care during this half term break. School re-opens on Monday 8th July at 7:00am.
Winter term: The cold winter days are approaching. Please ensure your child is dressed warmly. If your child is sick, please do not send them to school.
345 Swim School – June and July: Parents please remember that 345 Swim School remains open and operational during June and July. We have made some changes to our heating system to try and ensure that the water temperature remains constant during Winter. We encourage you to allow your children to swim throughout the Winter season.
If you do not want them to swim, please ensure that you give the Swim School 1 months’ notice when cancelling.

Opening Times: Parents, no child may be brought to school or dropped off before 6:30am! The gates will remain closed.
Swimming: 345 Swim School: If you would like to enrol your child for swimming, please email Karen Visser on fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za
Extra murals: We have Ballet, Karate, Little Kickers, Pottery, Little Lab Coats and Dance Mouse. They completed their demos for your little ones and they have sent their information in your child’s communication books. You must contact the individual activities directly for all information, enrolments and payments.
Accounts: Please ensure all fees are paid on or before the 7th of the month. Please note: If we do not receive your payment by the 7th of the month, a late fee penalty of R500 will be charged to your account if no prior payment arrangement has been made.
