NOTICES  10 – 14 September 2018.

End of Year Notice: Parents if you are not returning in 2019, please note we require a terms notice.  The monthly notice is not applicable after September if you are not returning in 2019.  Your notice must be given in writing by the 30^th September 2018.

Spring Walk 2018: Saturday 15^th September Family Spring Walk 2018.  Letters have been sent home regarding the spring walk.  The sponsor forms have also been sent.  Parents please help your children to bring in the sponsorships or donations.   Any lost forms will cost R200.

In celebration of Spring 2018 for Spring Walk, the children can make a flower tiara or flower garlands to wear in their hair or around their necks. They can dress in bright, colourful clothing.

Spring Tea:  We will be celebrating all our Special Persons on Tuesday 18 September 9:00am-11:00am.  Invitations have been sent home today, please check their bags and ensure the reply slips are returned on time.

345 Swim School: 345 Swim School will re-open for Vorna Valley on Monday 10^th September.  New enrolments for swimming, please email Mr Anthony Lord with queries regarding swimming lord.a@carlswaldhouse.co.za.

Accounts:  Please ensure all fees are paid on or before the 7^th of the month.   Please note:  If we do not receive your payment by the 7^th of the month, a late fee penalty of R500 will be charged to your account if no prior payment arrangement has been made.   Please email Sharon Maytom if you have any queries: adminvornavalley@345.co.za
