NOTICES 14-18 March 2016

GRADE R: Applications for Grade 1 2017 are now open at Carlswald House Preparatory.

Please collect applications from Sharon Maytom.

Holiday Care: The April holiday care will start on the 11^th April.  Details will be sent out on Monday 14 March.  Please check your child’s homework books. Holiday care will run at the Carlswald campus.

Please ensure all your children’s clothing is labelled.  If your child brings home clothing that does not belong to them, please return it to the office.  Let’s teach our children to be responsible and care for other people’s belongings.

Swimming:   There will be no swimming lessons during the April school holidays.

Please note: No more changes will be made to the roster.  You will have to give a month’s notice if you require any further changes.

Please remember to pack your child’s swimming costume and towel on Monday and Wednesday

Accounts:  Your billing for April fees will be emailed on the 23^rd March.  Please check your inboxes as well as your junk/spam mailboxes.

Please note:  If we do not receive your payment by the 7^th of the month, a late fee penalty of R500-00 will be charged to your account if no prior payment arrangement has been made.   Please  email Sharon Maytom: adminvornavalley@345.co.za.
