NOTICES 21-25 March 2016

 Monday 21^st March: Public holiday, Human Rights Day.  School is closed. Enjoy the long weekend.

April Holiday Care: The April Holiday Care Programme will start on the 11^th April.  On Monday letters were sent with your child.   Please complete the reply slips and send back if you will be attending the April Holiday Care programme, by Tuesday 22^nd March.

Easter Holiday: School is closed on these days:  25^th March (Good Friday) public holiday. Monday 28^th March (Family Day) public holiday.  If you are travelling during this time, please be safe.  Enjoy the Easter break.

Communication:

Contacting the Correct Departments: Please contact your class teacher via email for any teaching, lost property, school extra mural activities or homework issues. Staff email addresses can be found on the website.

Sport and 345 swimming: All queries related to integrated sport,  sport fixtures and 345 swim school; please email our Head of Sport,  Anthony Lord  lord.a@carlswaldhouse.co.za .

General complaints: Please email the HOD Lasya Venter at venter.lasya@carlswaldhouse.co.za .

Outside Extra murals:  Please note all outside extra mural activities (Karate, Little Kickers, Pottery, Little lab coats, Ballet, Manners for Minors) must be contacted directly as we do not manage their schedules.  You can contact the office for their details.

Catering: Any dietary related issues, please email our catering manager: Anne-Mari Vermeulen at vermeulen.a@carlswaldhouse.co.za .

School Fees:  Any queries with schools fees or cancelling of services (swimming, aftercare or lunch) please email Joanne Bevan at fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za . Please note we require a month’s notice to cancel or make changes to any of the services.

Accounts:  Your billing for April fees will be emailed on the 23^rd March.  Please check your inboxes as well as your junk/spam mailboxes.  If you do not receive your invoice please email Joanne Bevan fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za

Please note:  If we do not receive your payment by the 7^th of the month, a late fee penalty of R500-00 will be charged to your account if no prior payment arrangement has been made.   Please email Joanne Bevan if you have any queries:  fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za
