School Fees
Please note that ALL OUTSTANDING SCHOOL FEES must be paid and settled by the end of the year. Families with outstanding fee accounts will not be allowed to commence the 2017 school year.
Break up day 7 December: School closes at 11h00 on Wednesday 7 December. There will be NO aftercare on that day. Parents please make alternative arrangements. School re-opens again on Wednesday 18 January 2017.
Thank You drive for assistants: Each class has been allocated on what to bring. Please start sending in your items.
Grade R Graduation: This will take place on Friday 18 November at 08h30.
Swimming: No new enrolments will be accepted for swimming for November 2016. We will be accepting enrolments for February 2017. Please send an email to adminvornavalley@345.co.za
Swimming Graduation: The Swim School Graduation will be held on Saturday the 3rd December. Invitations will be sent out soon.
Ballet Concert: Ballet parents please remember ballet concert on Tuesday 15 November at 08h00.
Karate Observation Day: This will take place on Thursday 24 November from 08h00 – 08h30
Concert DVD’s: There are still DVD’s available. Please see Sharon in the office. Cost is R160.00
Swimming: Please remember if your child is doing swimming to send their costumes and towels on Monday and Wednesday
School Leaving Notice: If you are leaving 345 at the end of 2016 please ensure written notice is sent immediately. Please send directly to Sharon.
ATTENTION GRADE R: Applications for Grade 1 2017 are open at Carlswald House Preparatory.
Please collect applications from Sharon Maytom. Vorna Valley children will be given preference as well as a reduced deposit for a limited time. SPACES ARE LIMITED!! DON’T DELAY
Accounts: Please remember to pay your accounts timeously and in full each month. Payments are due by the 7th of each month.
Please note: If we do not receive your payment by the 7th of the month, a late penalty fee of R500.00 will be charged to your account if no prior payment arrangement has been made.
