Parents as the end of year approaches, lots of communication will be going out.  Please check your child’s message books daily and your email inboxes.

School Fees

Please note that ALL OUTSTANDING SCHOOL FEES must be paid and settled by the end of the year. Families with outstanding fee accounts will not be allowed to commence the 2017 school year.

Gr 00 Graduation: Parents, the Gr 00 graduation will be held on Wednesday 23^rd November at 8:30am.  Looking forward to seeing you all.

Doughnut Day: 345 Nursery school is hosting doughnut day on Friday 25^th November.  Please check your child’s message books for more details.

Extra Mural Prize Giving:  Email has been sent out on Monday 14th November, with the dates and times of the extra mural prize giving.  Please check and diarise the dates.

Concert DVDS:  There are still concert DVD’s available for purchase.  The cost is R160-00 per DVD.  If you still wish to purchase a DVD, please email admin@345.co.za

 Swimming:  No new enrolments will be accepted for swimming for November 2016.  We will be accepting enrolments for February 2017.  Please send an email to lord.a@carlswaldhouse.co.za

Swimming Graduation: The Swim School Graduation will be held on Saturday the 3^rd December.  Invitations will be sent out soon.

Thank You Drive:  “Thank You Drive” for our wonderful assistants.  Each class has been allocated what to bring.  Please continue sending in your items.  Thank you to all the parents that have sent through their items.

FINAL REMINDER: 2017 Fee Structure: The school fee option letter must be sent back to school by the 25^th November 2016.  Parents these letters are very important, please send them in on or before the due date.  Thank you to all those parents that have submitted their forms.

Accounts:  Your billing for December 2016 was emailed on Friday 18^th November.  Please check your email inboxes as well as your junk email and spam emails.  If you have not received your statement, please email Joanne Bevan at fees@carlswaldhhouse.co.za

Adhoc charges for the last 3 weeks will appear on your January billing.  The annual stationery pack of R780 will also appear in your January billing.  Your January billing will be emailed on Thursday 8^th December.  Please budget accordingly.   If you do not receive your invoice please email Joanne Bevan fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za

Parents, it is your responsibility to ensure that you pay your school fees by the 7^th of each month.  Please note:  If we do not receive your payment by the 7^th of the month, a late fee penalty of R500-00 will be charged to your account if no prior payment arrangement has been made.   Please email Joanne Bevan if you have any queries:  fees@345.co.za
