NOTICES 21-25 March 2016

Monday 21^st March: Public holiday, Human Rights Day.  School is closed. Enjoy the long weekend.

April Holiday Care: The April Holiday Care Programme will start on the 11^th April.  On Monday letters were sent with your child, please complete the reply slips and send back if you will be attending the April Holiday Care programme, by Tuesday 22^nd March. Please note holiday care will be at the Carlswald campus.  There is NO holiday care at Vorna Valley.

Easter Holiday: School is closed on these days:  25^th March (Good Friday) public holiday. Monday 28^th March (Family Day) public holiday.  If you are travelling during this time, please be safe.  Enjoy the Easter break.

GRADE R: Applications for Grade 1 2017 are now open at Carlswald House Preparatory.

Please collect applications from Sharon Maytom.

Please ensure all your children’s clothing is labelled.  If your child brings home clothing that does not belong to them, please return it to the office.  Let’s teach our children to be responsible and care for other people’s belongings.

Swimming:   There will be no swimming lessons during the April school holidays.

Please note: No more changes will be made to the swim school roster.  You will have to give a month’s notice if you require any changes.

Please remember to pack your child’s swimming costume and towel on Monday and Wednesday

Accounts:  Your billing for April fees will be emailed on the 23^rd March.  Please check your inboxes as well as your junk/spam mailboxes.

Please note:  If we do not receive your payment by the 7^th of the month, a late fee penalty of R500-00 will be charged to your account if no prior payment arrangement has been made.   Please  email Sharon Maytom: adminvornavalley@345.co.za.
