NOTICES  21^st – 25^th May 2018

Winter term:  The cold winter days are upon us.  Please ensure your child is dressed warmly and all clothes are labelled.  If your child is sick, please do not send them to school.

Very Important Gr 00 Parents:  Applications for Grade R 2019 are now open.  The admissions contract will be sent home with your child.  Please complete the admissions contract and send back to school with the supporting documents.  Applications will be closing on Tuesday 31^st July 2018.  Thereafter applications will be open to the public.  If you require any further information, please contact Leressa Sebastian on 011 029 0802 or admin@345.co.za

345 Nursery School Swimming: Dear Parents, please note that swimming for this week, 21st to 25th of May has been postponed due to the cold weather and practices for the   345 Nursery School Concert. This time will be used for concert practice instead.  Please be assured that any missed lessons will either be made up as soon as possible or a credit will be passed on your swim school account.

345 Concert: Saturday 26^th May at 12:00pm.  Tickets are on Sale at R60-00 p.p. Children under 12 are free.   Tickets are available at the reception.  Tickets will also be available on the day.  The school tuckshop will be selling a variety of food and drinks.  Cash / Card will be accepted.

Gr 00 Parents Information: Parents, please Save the date Saturday 7^th July 10:00am.  This is an information morning to give you all you need to know about CHP and your child moving into Gr R.  Letters will be sent out with more information.

Holiday Fun Club: During the Mid Term break Monday 25^th June to Friday 29^th June Holiday Fun Club will start. Letters for the half term Holiday Fun Club will be emailed and hard copies will be sent home with your child, by Tuesday 22^nd May.   Please respond and return the reply slip if your child is going to attend.  All reply slips must be handed in by Monday 11^th June.

345 Swim School: Swimming lessons will end on Thursday 31^st May. 345 Swim school will re-open in September.  New enrolments for swimming, please email Mr Anthony Lord with queries regarding swimming lord.a@carlswaldhouse.co.za

Extra murals:  We have Ballet, Karate, Little Kickers, Pottery, Little Lab Coats and Dance Mouse. Please contact the individual activities directly for all information, enrolments and payments. 

Accounts: Statements for your June 2018 fees will be emailed on Wednesday 23^rd May 2018. Please check your emails as well as your junk/spam folders.  If you do not receive your statement, please email Karen Visser at fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za
