NOTICES 21^st May – 25^th May 2018.

Applications for Grade 1 at CHP 2019 are now open.

The admissions contract will be sent home with your child.  Please complete the admission contract and send back to school with the supporting documents.  VV Applications will be closing on Tuesday 31^st July 2018.  Thereafter applications will be open to the public.  If you require any further information, please contact Leressa Sebastian on 011 029 0802 or admin@345.co.za

Please ensure that all your children’s clothes and other belongings are clearly marked.

 Swimming:  There will be no swimming this week as the children are practicing for concert. Missed lessons will be made up or credited.

Concert Rehearsal:  We will be having concert rehearsal on Friday at CHP. Indemnity forms will be sent home, parents please complete and send back as soon as possible.

Concert:  345 Concert will be on Saturday 26^th May at CHP.  You can buy your tickets from the office or on the day.  R60 p/person, children under 12 are free.  The school tuckshop will be selling various food and drink items on a cash / card basis only.

Holiday Fun Club:  Parents, during the Half Term Break, the Vorna Valley campus will close at 5:30pm on Friday 22^nd June and will re-open on Monday 2^nd July.  We are offering the service of Holiday Fun Club to all our Vorna Valley children.

Holiday Fun Club takes place at 345 Carlswald.   Letters will be sent out giving more details regarding the Holiday Fun Club.     Please return the reply slip if you are going to attend.  All reply slips must be handed in by Monday 11^th June.

Gr R Parents Information: Parents, please save the date: Saturday 7^th July 9:30am.  This is an information morning to share all you need to know about CHP and your child moving into Gr 1 in 2019.  Letters will be sent out with more information.

Accounts:  Please remember to pay your accounts timeously each month.  Payments are due by the 7^th of each month.

Please note:  If we do not receive your payment by the 7^th of the month, a late fee penalty of R500-00 will be charged to your account if no prior payment arrangement has been made.
