NOTICES  23^rd – 27^th May 2016

IQAA School Evaluation: Parents please take time and read the very important letter that was emailed and sent home with your child regarding the IQAA School Evaluation for CHP and 345.

Winter term:  The cold winter days are upon us.  Please ensure your child is dressed warmly.  If your child is sick, please do not send them to school.

345 Concert: 345 Nursey school concert is on the 28^th May at 10:00am at the 345 Carlswald campus.   Please diarise the date.  The concert invitation was emailed to all parents.  The invitation is also up on the notice boards.  Tickets go on sale on Monday 23^rd May, R50-00 per person, children under 12 are free.  We will be having our school tuckshop and other vendors selling delicious food.  We will only be accepting CASH.

Swimming: Swim School closes on the 30^th May.  The Swim School will re-open on the 6^th of September.  Our Swim Coach Anissa will be going on Maternity Leave from the 30^th May.

ATTENTION GRADE R: Applications for Grade 1 2017 are now open at Carlswald House Preparatory.

Please collect applications from Sharon Maytom. Vorna Valley children will be given preference for a limited time. Don’t delay!

Accounts:  Please remember to pay your accounts timeously each month.  Payments are due by the 7^th of each month.

Please note:  If we do not receive your payment by the 7^th of the month, a late fee penalty of R500-00 will be charged to your account if no prior payment arrangement has been made.

Half Term: School closes Friday 1^st July (normal time) return on Monday the 11^th July (Holiday Care at CW)
