NOTICES 25 – 29 January 2016
Our first full week of school draws to an end, our children are all settling in, getting used to their teachers and making new friends.
Parents Information Evening: Thank you to all parents that attended the information evening, it was really impressive to see so many parents attend. Thank you for the support.
Swimming: 345 swimming school: Thank you parents for your patience. In this week the coaches are finalising the times for the lessons. The correct roster for the swimming will go out on Friday 22/01/16. Please check your emails, the roster will also be up on all the Notice Boards. If you would like to make any changes, please email Sharon Maytom: adminvornavalley@345.co.za.
Aftercare: Aftercare operates from the close of day (14h00) until 17h30 and includes additional snacks. A penalty fee of R100-00 will apply for late collection of children after 17h30 and R200 for collection after 18h00. If you would like to enrol your child into aftercare, there are different options you can choose from. Please email Sharon Maytom on adminvornavalley@345.co.za
Accounts: Statements for your February 2016 fees will be emailed on the 22nd January 2016. Please check your emails as well as your junk/spam folder. PLEASE NOTE: You will see included in your February billing the Wellness Levy. This is your child’s visual, auditory and dental screening. This is compulsory for all children. Dates and Times will be emailed to all parents.

Annual School Fee Payments are to be paid by the 31st of January 2016.
Parents please ensure all school fee payments are paid on or before the 7th of each month.
Extra murals start on Monday 25 January, if you need any of the enrolment forms please collect from Sharon in the office.
