Please ensure that all your children’s clothes and other belongings are clearly marked.
Public Holiday: Friday 30 March – Good Friday (school will be closed).
Monday 2 April – Family Day (school will be closed)
Dental Screenings: Will take place on Thursday 29 March for Grade 000 – Grade R.
Parent/Teacher Meetings: These will take place from Tuesday 3 April – Friday 6 April. Letters will be sent home in your child’s information book. Times will need to be booked with the Class Teacher.
Family Fun Day: Parents our annual Family Fun Day is on Saturday 7th April 10:00am-2:00pm at CHP.
Early Bird Special: Parents buy your Family Fun Day tickets before the 7th April and only pay R85-00
A very exciting day is planned for the entire family with loads of fun filled entertainment for the children. Tickets are on sale for the children only, adults are free. If you purchase before the 7thApril the tickets will cost R85-00. The tickets are R100-00 on the day.
Swimming: Please ensure you pack a swimming costume and towel in a bag if your child is registered for swimming. If you are wanting your child to do swimming please collect a swimming contract from Sharon in the office. Children that are doing swimming must be at school by 08h15 in the morning.
Accounts: Please remember to pay your accounts timeously each month. Payments are due by the 7th of each month.
Please note: If we do not receive your payment by the 7th of the month, a late fee penalty of R500-00 will be charged to your account if no prior payment arrangement has been made.
