NOTICES  9^th – 13^th April 2018

Thank you to all our parents for your support at our Family Fun Day.  Everyone had a wonderful day. Thank you to all the fantastic staff of 345 and CHP for a successful Family Fun Day.

The first term has come to a close and I would like to thank all our parents for their support. I would also like to thank our teachers and administrative staff who have helped us through this busier than usual period. Safe travelling to all parents and teachers that are going away over the holidays.

Parent/Teacher Meetings:  If you have not yet set up a meeting time with your child’s teacher please do so for this week.

End of Term 1: School closes on Thursday 12^th April at 11:00am.  Please make the necessary transport arrangements to fetch your child at 11:00am.  Aftercare continues as usual.

School re-opens for Term 2 on Thursday 3^rd May at 7:00am.

Holiday Fun Club: Holiday Fun Club starts on the Monday 16^th April at 7:00am and ends on Wednesday 2^nd May at 5:30pm.

There will be NO Holiday Fun Club on the following days:

* Friday 13^th April

* Friday 27^th April

* Monday 30^th April

* Tuesday 1^st May

Swimming:  New enrolments for swimming, please email Mr Anthony Lord with queries regarding swimming: lord.a@carlswaldhouse.co.za

Extra murals:  We have Ballet, Karate, Little Kickers, Pottery, Little Lab Coats and Dance Mouse. Please contact the individual activities directly for all information, enrolments and payments. 

Accounts: Statements for your May 2018 fees will be emailed on Monday 23^rd April. Please check your emails as well as your junk/spam folders.  If you did not receive your statement, please email Karen Visser at fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za

Please ensure all fees are paid on or before the 7^th of the month.   Please note:  If we do not receive your payment by the 7^th of the month, a late fee penalty of R500 will be charged to your account if no prior payment arrangement has been made.   Please email Karen Visser if you have any queries: fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za
