345 CW: – NOTICES 27^th JUNE- 1^ST JULY 2016

New Telephone number: Parents we have a new school telephone system.  Our school number is now 011 029 0802/3, please save this number.

Reports– Wednesday 29^th June– Reports will be handed out on Wednesday 29^th June.  Please check your child’s bags for the report.

Parents Day– Thursday 30^th June– Parents meeting with your child’s teacher.  The teachers are available from 2:00pm-6:00pm.  The Booking form has been sent home to book your time. Please send this back to your child’s class teacher as soon as possible.

Market Day– 1^st July– 345 Nursery will be hosting a market day.  Please see your child’s communication books for further details.

July half term break:  school closes on Friday 1^st July at 1:30pm.  After care continues as usual.  School re-opens on Monday 11^th July at 7:00am.

Holiday Care: July half term break, Holiday care runs from the 4^th July to the 8^th July.  Final Reminder please send in your reply slips for holiday care as we need to finalise the numbers for catering purposes.

Water Drive: Kroonstad: Please send in 2L and 5L bottles of water for the community of Kroonstad. Your help will really be appreciated.

Winter term:  The cold winter days are upon us.  Please ensure your child is dressed warmly.  If your child is sick, please do not send them to school.

Possible Transport Services:  We understand that there is a huge demand for transport services to and from school.  We are looking at various options, one being the possibility of running our own transport service with CHP/345 Vehicles.  A survey has been emailed to all parents, please complete and send back.

Birthdays: Parents please only provide cupcakes or party packs for your child’s birthday celebrations at school.

Accounts:  Your July statement was sent out on the 23^rd June.  Please check your inboxes as well as your junk/spam mailboxes.  If you do not receive your invoice please email Joanne Bevan fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za

Parents it is your responsibility to ensure that you pay your school fees by the 7^th of each month.  Please note:  If we do not receive your payment by the 7^th of the month, a late fee penalty of R500-00 will be charged to your account if no prior payment arrangement has been made.   Please email Joanne Bevan if you have any queries:  fees@345.co.za
