NOTICES 29 March- 1^st April 2016

4^th April:  Gr R- Parent’s information evening at 345 Carlswald.  Letters have been sent out with detailed information, please make every effort to attend.

8^th April: End of Term 1 schools closes at 12:00pm.  Aftercare children, aftercare continues as usual.

April Holiday Care: The April Holiday Care Programme will start on the 11^th April at 7:30am until 5:30pm at 345 Carlswald.   Those attending holiday care programme, please note that only morning snack and afternoon snack is provided you must pack your own lunch.

Swimming April Holidays: swimming will operate every Tuesday and Thursday during the April Holidays.  Please email Joanne Bevan at fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za if you wish for your child to attend.

GRADE R: Applications for Grade 1 2017 are now open at Carlswald House Preparatory.

Please collect applications from Sharon Maytom.

Accounts:  Your billing for May fees will be emailed on the 25^th April.  Please check your inboxes as well as your junk/spam mailboxes.

Please note:  If we do not receive your payment by the 7^th of the month, a late fee penalty of R500-00 will be charged to your account if no prior payment arrangement has been made.   Please  email Sharon Maytom: adminvornavalley@345.co.za.
