NOTICES 30^th January – 3^rd February 2023

All our little ones are settled and are enjoying their daily routine.

What’s New….?

• 345 Closed: Parents, please note that 345 will be CLOSED for the Midterm Break at the end of February. School will be closed on Friday 24^th February  and Monday 27^th  February . We will reopen on Tuesday 28^th February. There will be NO Holiday Care. However, 345 will remain open for the entire April holiday at no extra charge.

• Swimming: 345 Swim School: If you would like to enrol your child for swimming please email Karen Visser: fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za

• Hearing Screening: We will be having Hearing screenings for Gr 0000 – Gr 00 on Monday 13^th February. More details will be emailed to you.

• Valentine’s Day: 345 will be celebrating Valentine’s Day on Tuesday 14^th Feb. Children may wear something red, white or pink. They can really go all out to show that they share love and friendship. As part of the celebrations, please send R10 with your child as they will receive a special treat.

• Very Important: Please Take Note of the following: Parents when you receive emails from the ED-Admin email, please Do Not reply to this email.  Mails sent from Ed Admin are system generated emails.  Please direct all your emails to admin@carlswaldhouse.co.za , admin@345.co.za , fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za

• Opening Times: Parents, no child may be brought to school or dropped off before 6:30am! The gates will remain closed.

• Extra murals: We have Ballet, Karate, Little Kickers, Pottery, Little Lab Coats and Dance Mouse.  They will be doing demos for your little ones and they will send their information in your child’s communication books.  You must contact the individual activities directly for all information, enrolments and payments.

• Please ensure you have completed the Debit Order permission form.

Hearing Screening: Monday 13^th February more details will be emailed.

Valentine’s Day: Tuesday 14^th February (Children may wear Red, White or Pink)

Mid-Term Break: Thursday 23^rd  February school closes at 11:00am, (Aftercare continues from 12:00 pm on that day) Tuesday 28^th  February (school re-opens).
