NOTICES 9th – 13th September 2019
Welcome back to all our children after your August holidays. We hope that you had a good holiday and are well rested and ready for a fun filled term.
What’s New…
- FINAL REMINDER: Very Important – Gr R Parents: Applications for Grade one – 2020
Parents if you haven’t sent in your applications for Gr 1 2020 at CHP, PLEASE send it in as soon as possible. We have now opened the applications to outside children and places are filling up fast.
- End of Year Notice: Parents if you are not returning in 2020, please note we require a terms notice. The monthly notice is not applicable after September if you are not returning in 2020. Your notice must be given in writing by the 30th September 2019.
- Heritage Day Festivities: Friday 20th September we will be celebrating Heritage Day. Children can come dressed in their cultural traditional dress or a South African sports jersey.
- School Holiday: Monday 23rd September: This day is an official school holiday. School is closed and there is no holiday care. Heritage Day public holiday – Tuesday 24th September: School is closed, there is no holiday care.
- Spring Walk 2019: Saturday 28th September: Spring Walk 2019 will be held on Saturday 28th Letters will be sent with more information regarding the spring walk. The sponsor forms will also be sent. Parents please help your children to bring in the sponsorships or donations. Any lost forms will cost R200.

Reminders…
- Accounts: Please check your emails as well as your junk/spam folders. If you do not receive your statement, please email Karen Visser at fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za. Please ensure all fees are paid on or before the 7th of the month. Please note: If we do not receive your payment by the 7th of the month, a late fee penalty of R500 will be charged to your account if no prior payment arrangement has been made. - Opening times: Parents, the school gates open at 06h45. Parents are to please escort their children into the school and sign them in and out in the afternoons.
- 345 Swim School: For new enrolments for swimming, please email Mrs Karen Visser at fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za. If your child is registered for swimming, please ensure you pack a swimming costume and towel on Monday and Wednesday.
- Very Important: Please Take Note of the following: Parents when you receive emails from the ED-Admin email, please Do Notreply to this email. Mails sent from Ed Admin are system generated emails. - Extra Murals: We have Ballet, Karate, Soccer Starz, Pottery, Little Lab Coats.
