345 School Photo Day

Wednesday 11th September is 345 photo day.  Please ensure your child is at school.  Details have been shared.  Children can come dressed in their ‘Sunday best’.  Please DO NOT send your child in green as this will cause problems with the greenscreen background.

 

345 VV Sports Day

345 VV Sports Day will be on Friday 13th September at 2:00pm on the CHP sports field. Parents, grandparents, aunties, uncles, brothers, sisters and friends are invited to join us for this fun afternoon. Our school tuck shop will be open at the Sports Day to purchase drinks and snacks.  Cash and Card Accepted.  Card purchases will only be R100 or over.

Heritage Day Festivities:

On Friday 20th September we will be celebrating Heritage Day.    Children can come dressed in their cultural/traditional dress or a South African sports jersey.  More details will be shared.

 

School Closed

345 will be closed on Monday 23rd September (School holiday) Tuesday, 24th September (Public Holiday – Heritage Day Observed).  School will re-open on Wednesday 25th September.

 

End of year notice

If your child is not returning in 2025, please note we require a term’s notice.  The monthly notice is not applicable after September if you are not returning in 2025.  Your notice must be given in writing on or before the 30th September 2024.

 

School Fees

Please ensure all fees are paid on or before the 7th of the month.  Please note:  If we do not receive your payment by the 7th of the month, a late fee penalty of R500 will be charged to your account if no prior payment arrangement has been made.  Please email Karen Visser if you have any queries: fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za

 

 

Weekly Reminders

 

Opening Times: Parents, no child may be brought to school or dropped off before 6:45am! The gates will remain closed.

  •  Emails sent from Ed Admin are system generated. Please do not reply to these and rather direct all your emails to adminvornavalley@345.co.za
  • The school gate opens at 6:45am. No child may be dropped off before this time.
  • We require a month’s notice to change from Half Day to Full Day or Full Day to Half Day, and a month’s notice if you want to cancel swimming.
  • Ballet, Karate, SoccerStarz, Pottery, Little Lab Coats, Monkeynastix and Dance Mouse are extra cost activities.  You must contact the individual activities directly for all information, enrolments and payments.
