NOTICES 3rd – 7th June 2019
Dear Parents
Thank You for your wonderful support at the 345 Nursery School Concert on Saturday. It was amazing to see so many extended families join us for the day. Our children performed beautifully; they were really awesome! Thank you to all the 345 teachers and assistants for all your hard work!!
Half Term Break: Parents 345 Nursery school will be closed during the half term break which is 1 week long. School closes on Friday 28th June, aftercare continues as usual on that day. There will be No Holiday Care during this half term break. School re-opens on Monday 8th July at 7:00am.
Very Important – Gr 00 Parents: Applications for Grade R 2020 are now open. The admissions contract will be sent home with your child. Please complete the admissions contract and send back to school with the supporting documents. Applications will be closing on Wednesday 31st July 2019. Father’s Day Morning – Save the date: Dear Dads, please save the date: Friday morning 14th June. Letters will be sent home with more details.
Gr 00 Parents Information: Parents, please save the date Saturday 22nd June 9:30am. This is an information morning to tell you all you need to know about CHP and your child moving into Gr R. Letters will be sent out with more information.

Monday 17th June: Public Holiday. School is closed on Monday 17th June. There is NO Holiday Care. School Re-opens on Tuesday 18th June at 7:00am.
Winter term: The cold winter days are approaching. Please ensure your child is dressed warmly. If your child is sick, please do not send them to school.
Car Park: You will notice we are currently upgrading the car park. We will soon have a CHP drop and go zone as well as more parking. A letter will be going out with more detail. Please be patient and careful when driving in and out of the carpark while the construction is happening.
345 Swim School – June and July: Parents please remember that 345 Swim School remains open and operational during June and July. We have made some changes to our heating system to try and ensure that the water temperature remains constant during Winter. We encourage you to allow your children to swim throughout the Winter season.
If you do not want them to swim, please ensure that you give the Swim School 1 months’ notice when cancelling.
Very Important: Please Take Note of the following: Parents when you receive emails from the ED-Admin email, please Do Not reply to this email. Mails sent from Ed Admin are system generated emails. Opening Times: Parents, no child may be brought to school or dropped off before 6:30am! The gates will remain closed.
Swimming: 345 Swim School: If you would like to enrol your child for swimming, please email Karen Visser on fees@carlswaldhouse.co.za
Extra murals: We have Ballet, Karate, Little Kickers, Pottery, Little Lab Coats and Dance Mouse. They completed their demos for your little ones and they have sent their information in your child’s communication books. You must contact the individual activities directly for all information, enrolments and payments.
Accounts: Please ensure all fees are paid on or before the 7th of the month. Please note: If we do not receive your payment by the 7th of the month, a late fee penalty of R500 will be charged to your account if no prior payment arrangement has been made.
